Q. How can I pay for an order?

A. To pay an order on HIHAIR, please fellow the following steps:
1. Register as an HIHAIR member.
2. Select the item you want and click the "Pay Now" button.
3. Choose paypal payment method on the checkout page. 

  Q. When will my order be shipped after I paid?

A. All the orders will be shipped via USPS Priority within one business day after paid.

  Q. How can I track my order?

A. We will provide the tracking number once we ship out the item on your order.

You can log into your HIHAIR account and track the delivery process by the tracking number. If you can't find it or there is any question, please feel free to contact our customer service.

  Q. How long will I receive my order.

A. Normally, it will take about 3 to 5 days to receive since you receive the tracking number. There are also other factors that may affect the delivery time such as the location of the shipping address and the weather.

  Q. How can I cancel my order?

A. If you decide to cancel an order, please contact our customer service center, they will assist you with the cancellation.

  Q. Will you provide gift package?
