Q1. How can I pay for an order?

1. Register as an HIHAIR member.
2. Select the item you want and click the "Pay Now" button.
3. Choose paypal payment method on the checkout page.

Q2. When will my order be shipped after I paid?

A. All the orders will be shipped via USPS Priority within one business day after paid.

Q1: Could the hair be dyed or iron-flat?

A: Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend dyeing darker, since it is difficult for the original color to fade. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the virgin hair. if you are not professional, please go to the salon.

Q2: How many pieces for a full head?

A: Normally 3 bundles is ok for 8-16 inch hair,18-22 inch hair need 3-4 bundles, and above 22 inch hair need at least 4 bundls. Because each bundles of hair is 100 grams, more long more thin, the thickness of 20 inch hair is only half of 10 inch. So we have this suggestion. please know it.

Q3: How long the hair last?

A: Normally, it hair can last over 1 year under good care. This is our customer experience for so many years

Q4: Why are my hair weave Shedding?

A: All hair sheds just as our own hair. The hair shed a little cause of the hair is double weft, it is very solid. But Don't comb the hair when they are wet. Use your fingers or Wide-toothed comb gently to avoid shedding.

Q5:How to avoid the hair tangled:

A: The hair will gets tangled because of a build-up of dirt, salt water, chlorine or dryness. so you should wash the hair 1-2 times within one week, remind: the best use the high quality Shampoo and Conditioner, this way will reduce the distory for the hair. When you comb the hair, the first is comb the end part with wide toothed comb. Second is middle part, the end is top part hair.
